Q: Where are you located? 

A: I am located in Kelowna, BC and can travel to other areas for an additional fee. â€‹

Q: What services do you offer? 

A: I offer a variety of in-home decluttering and organizing services to suit your needs. I focus on making your home efficient, practical, and low-maintenance. I would love to connect and discuss the projects you have in mind. ​​

 

Q: How much does it cost? 

A: Pricing is available on my services page. Project materials (if needed) are extra and will be discussed during the consultation.

Q: How many sessions will I need?

A: It depends on the size of your space, your goals, and your pace. Some clients notice a big shift after just one session and feel ready to keep going on their own, while others prefer 2-3 sessions for tackling multiple areas and creating lasting systems. More sessions may be needed for a whole-home transformation or navigating a major life transition.

Q: What steps are involved? 

A: We start with a virtual or in-home consultation where we discuss your vision and the project scope. Depending on the area(s) requiring support, we may schedule one or multiple sessions. During the session we will work together to declutter and organize your space. I bring a carload of unwanted items away at the end of each session. Every project is unique, and we will create a tailored plan together during the consultation.

Q: Do I need to be there? 

A: It is important for you to be involved during the consultation and decluttering, and you are welcome (but not required) to work alongside me during the organizing portion. I ask you to be available to answer questions as needed to keep the project moving forward.

Q: Do I need to clean my space before you arrive? 

A: Nope! Seeing your space as-is helps me identify problem areas and understand how you use it in real life. Light cleaning is included as we organize, and deeper cleaning can be added if you'd like.

Q: What if I feel embarrassed about my home?

A: It's completely normal to feel self-conscious and nervous, and there's absolutely no judgement. My focus is on supporting you and creating a space that feels good to be in.

Q: Do I need to purchase organizing products? 

A: It is usually not required, but it depends on the project and the vision you have in mind. For most projects we can use what you already have, and any baskets and containers that are cleared up during the decluttering phase can be re-purposed. Projects such as closets, storage rooms, or pantries may require shelving, organizing units, or bins to be purchased in advance, and I am happy to assist with assembly and installation during our session. Item sourcing will be discussed during the consultation.

Q: Do you offer maintenance services?

A: Yes, we can schedule regular check-ins or seasonal refreshes to keep your home functional and clutter free.
