Q: Where are you located? 

A: I am located in Kelowna, BC and provide services in Kelowna, West Kelowna, and Lake Country. I can travel to other areas for an additional fee. ​

A: I offer a variety of in-home services to suit your needs.​

Q: Do I need to clean my space before you arrive? 

A: Nope! Seeing your space as-is helps me identify problem areas and understand how you use it in real life. Light cleaning is included as we organize, and deeper cleaning can be added if you'd like.

Q: What if I feel embarrassed about my home?

A: It's completely normal to feel self-conscious and nervous, and there's absolutely no judgement. My focus is on supporting you and creating a space that feels good to be in.

Q: Do I need to purchase organizing products? 

A: It is usually not required, but it depends on the project and the vision you have in mind. For most projects we can use what you already have, and any baskets and containers that are cleared up during the decluttering phase can be re-purposed. Projects such as closets, storage rooms, or pantries may require shelving, organizing units, or bins to be purchased in advance, and I am happy to assist with assembly and installation during our session. Item sourcing will be discussed during the consultation.

A: Yes, we can schedule shorter refresh sessions to keep your home functional and clutter free.
